3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed via the website www.kransekaka.no.

4. Delivery

Services (Q&A):
Responses are normally delivered within 48 hours after payment has been received. Longer response times may occur during weekends, public holidays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Digital products (PDFs, courses, etc.):
Access or download is normally available immediately after successful payment.

Delivery is considered completed when the customer has received the response, obtained access to the product, or received an email with a download link.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For digital services delivered individually (e.g., Q&A), the right of withdrawal applies as long as the service has not yet started.
If the customer requests that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires and consents to this, the right of withdrawal expires once the service is delivered.

For digital products (PDFs, courses, or other digital content), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer explicitly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that the withdrawal right then expires.

6. Price and Taxes

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD).
Prices include applicable taxes where relevant.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of purchase is binding for both parties.
