Kransekaka SOS

 – how can i help you?

  • Do you want to make your own kransekake, but don’t quite know where to start?

Or have you tried, and ended up wondering what went wrong — or what to do differently next time?

Maybe you just need a tip about ingredients, equipment, or technique?

Wherever you are on your kransekake journey, Kransekaka SOS is here to help.

    What you'll get:

    • Each consultation covers one question; I’ll spend up to about 30 minutes crafting your answer

    • You’ll receive your reply within 48 hours — delivered in text or video form

    • Personal, practical advice — drawn from 30+ years of baking kransekake from scratch

Please keep your question to about 1500 characters, or up to 5 minutes if recording audio or video.

Try to make your question as specific and clear as you can — the more focused your question, the more helpful my advice can be.

Replies are normally sent within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, response time may be extended.

    Note:
Creating an account is required to complete your purchase. I know — it shouldn’t be necessary, but the system insists! On the bright side, you won’t need to log in again next time if you’re recognised as a returning customer. Thanks for bearing with me!

You’ll receive at least two emails: one receipt, and one thanking you for your purchase. The latter is the important one — it includes instructions on how to proceed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s gone missing, just email me at [email protected] .

If you make a video or audio file, you can attach it directly to your email if it’s small enough — usually under 25 MB.
If your file is larger, you can send it using a free service such as Filemail, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox, or upload it as a private/unlisted YouTube video. Just include the download or video link in your email.

If you prefer to keep the file small enough for email, you can reduce the size by recording in a lower resolution (for example 720p instead of 1080p), shortening the clip, or sending only audio instead of video. Audio files are usually much smaller — and work perfectly well for this kind of feedback.

Pay what you feel is fair.
